Shipping

All items will ship via UPS or FedEx throughout the United States. International shipping is available price based on individual order and location. Prints and ornaments will ship within 3-5 business days of order.

Original paintings will ship within 5-10 business days​ of order.

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available for Birmingham based customers. Select Local Pickup when you select shipping method. Please note you will still need to enter a shipping address when you check out. We will email you with details when your order is ready for pickup.

 

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item. Please email Christina Johnson at Thecraftingrose78@gmail.com within 48hrs of delivery along with pictures of the damaged item and we will work to rectify the situation.
